About these terms
Yours is operated by Shenzhen Lexmount Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms cover the Yours website, APIs, CLI, and MCP services. They take effect when you click to agree or otherwise expressly accept them. If you do not agree, do not accept them.
Please read the sections on sharing, suspension, liability, and disputes carefully. If you use Yours for an organization, you must be authorized to accept these terms for it. “You” then includes the organization and its authorized users.
What Yours does
Yours gives your digital work a home. Upload, organize, publish, find, and update web pages, reports, documents, and other supported files. Share them through links and the available access settings, and use the product’s feedback and collaboration tools.
Supported formats, storage limits, and available features are described in the product and documentation. If you and we agree to separate terms in an order, a data processing agreement, or another written contract, those terms take precedence for the matters they expressly cover, subject to mandatory law. These terms continue to apply to matters not covered by that agreement.
Your account and agents
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. Give trusted agents and tools only the permissions they need. Agents and tools can change your files and sharing settings within the permissions you grant, so review those permissions carefully.
If you notice unusual access or compromised credentials, take reasonable steps to protect your account, revoke affected authorizations through the available controls, and contact yours.support@lexmount.com. Each party’s liability is determined under applicable law, taking into account its responsibility for the incident.
Your work and our software
You and any other rights holders retain your rights in the content you upload. You give us a non-exclusive license to store, copy, transmit, and display it only as needed to provide the service, follow your access settings, and meet related legal obligations.
Make sure you have permission to upload and share everything in your work, including images, fonts, code, third-party materials, and personal information. You are responsible for what you publish. Hosting your content does not mean we endorse it or confirm that it is accurate or lawful.
The software, designs, trademarks, and documentation that make up Yours belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may use these materials as permitted by law, any applicable open-source license, or our agreement with you. Using Yours does not transfer our intellectual property rights to you.
Sharing your work
Check your access settings before you publish or share. Public content may be indexed by search engines, downloaded, copied, or forwarded. Making content private or deleting it later generally will not remove copies that others have already lawfully obtained.
Keeping a link private is not a substitute for access controls. Use the available access controls when you need to restrict access, and avoid exposing personal information, trade secrets, or credentials to unintended recipients.
Using Yours responsibly
Do not use Yours to:
- Publish illegal content or violate anyone’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Host malware, phishing pages, scams, or content that impersonates another person or organization.
- Collect or disclose personal information without authorization.
- Bypass authentication, access controls, resource limits, or security measures.
- Attack or disrupt services, or abuse APIs, computing, storage, or network resources.
- Publish content that endangers minors.
We may investigate suspected violations and take necessary action, including removing content, restricting access, or suspending or ending service. Where legally permitted and without compromising security, we will explain our decision and tell you how to contact us or appeal.
Report abuse or appeal a decision at yours.support@lexmount.com.
Other tools and services
Third-party assistants, clients, and tools are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Review their data practices before connecting them. Connecting a tool does not authorize it to access content beyond the permissions you grant, or authorize us to use all of your data on its behalf.
Service changes and payments
We may update Yours for maintenance, security, technical upgrades, or product improvements. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you before making significant changes or discontinuing a service and give you reasonable time to save your work and make other arrangements. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action.
If we offer paid services, we will show pricing, billing, renewal, and refund terms before purchase and obtain the required confirmation. If we start charging for a free feature, we will tell you in advance and let you choose whether to purchase it. If we discontinue a service you purchased, we will address any remaining service obligations through a refund or another arrangement, as required by applicable law and the terms of your order.
Closing your account
You can stop using Yours and request account closure through yours.support@lexmount.com. After your account is closed, we handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement between you and us.
Privacy, security, and liability
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If we process personal information in your content on your behalf, that processing is governed by any applicable data processing agreement between you and us. We obtain consent where required by law and use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risks.
Review your access settings and keep independent backups of important work. We retain and delete data, including data we must keep by law, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or that user content is accurate or fit for a particular purpose. If maintenance, network failures, third-party disruptions, or other events affect Yours, we will take reasonable steps to address the issue and remain liable to the extent required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
Updates and disputes
We may revise these terms and update the date above. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to your rights or obligations and seek renewed consent where required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions. If a dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent People’s Courts in Haidian District, Beijing, China, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Either party may seek urgent interim relief or commence proceedings sooner to prevent a limitation period from expiring.
